HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

We'll be using various delivery methods and deliver to selected countries only. You can view the selection of countries at checkout.

Shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on your location.

Australia - Standard Shipping 

Metro - 3 - 7 business days
Outside of metro areas - 5-10 business days
Western Australia Metro - 7-10 business days
Western Australia outside of metro areas - 7-13 business days

Cyclone Jasper continues to impact the Far North Queensland region around Cairns and Townsville, with localised flooding, property damage and loss of power to many businesses. The forced closure of all freight operations will result in delays to parcels into and out of these regions. A FEW NOTEWORTHY POINTS TO MENTION:

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days after you've received your confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another notification when your order is on its way which will include tracking advice.

 

COVID UPDATE: 

* Due to contactless delivery by most couriers, signature on arrival cannot be guaranteed. You can keep up to date with your tracking number for a delivery timeframe.

* Shipping times overseas may take an extra 4-6 weeks to arrive. Make sure your country is accepting parcels before completing an order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders may be subject to custom inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your own country.

Taxes and Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the buyer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery.

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, they may also delay or reject delivery ( rare case ).

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY:

Deliveries are made Mon - Sun. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Eligibility for Local Delivery is determined by your location at checkout. 

Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.

RETURNS POLICY:

We are very confident you will love our 2nd Wind Products, however if you do not find our products are suitable for your needs then we do offer a 30 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. If the packaging has been opened or deemed unfit for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If your item has arrived damaged or deemed to be faulty please email us within 24 hours of receipt. Please make sure you keep the original box and packaging.

To initiate a return kindly email us at info@2ndwindrecovery.com.au with your full name, order number and the reason why you would like to return your product. We will then reply with instructions on how to return your item for a refund. Shipping costs are non refundable and are at the customers expense unless we’re responsible for the return.
